Donors have the option of selecting an approved research institute in the country of their choice. Their donation will then be transferred in full to the designated research institute.

SWISS BRIDGE is also pleased to make recommendations to donors for direct contributions.

Funds transferred to SWISS BRIDGE by donors without specific instructions are passed on to selected domestic and international research projects on the recommendation of the Scientific Committee. Once a year, the Board of Foundation may also publish an invitation to compete for the SWISS BRIDGE AWARD, which takes the form of a contribution to a research project. A jury consisting of six outstanding researchers all over Europe will assess the entries and recommend to the Board of Foundation the research institute that should receive the award.

Individuals may leave all or part of their assets to SWISS BRIDGE in their last will and testament. Benefactors may determine during their lifetime how their donation is to be used, allowing them to name approved beneficiaries in any country of their choice. If no preference is stated, the Scientific committee will submit appropriate recommendations. If you would like more information on legacies, please contact us.
